I got about 20s of downloads with full speed 20Mbps and after that I get into a download loop that looks like: s of data with 0,Mbps and then a pause of 20s with no data.
Everything looks to be OK with update service except this strange slow download pattern! During these slow update, I ran speedtest. I don't think it's my internet connection since from other websites and even microsoft. I'm using Windows 10 Pro and have a big problem with extremely slow download of updates.

Once rebooted, try start again Windows Update. Probably there is some problem with the previous downloaded Update data. Seriously though, something is wrong somewhere. Even a large download and a slow internet connection shouldn't take that long.
I've noticed that even if I only select two or three small updates to install, Windows Update appears to download everything — when I reboot and try to install more updates, they download very quickly.
I'd love to be able to see the network activity at a lower level without installing a custom router or additional software on Windows but I have no idea how to do something like that.
